
在(zai)低(di)壓(ya)配(pei)電(dian)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong),下(xia)級(ji)配(pei)電(dian)回(hui)路(lu)出(chu)現(xian)電(dian)流(liu)故(gu)障(zhang)時(shi)候(hou),上(shang)級(ji)保(bao)護(hu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)得(de)不(bu)到(dao)有(you)效(xiao)的(de)預(yu)防(fang)和(he)控(kong)製(zhi),從(cong)而(er)造(zao)成(cheng)大(da)麵(mian)積(ji)停(ting)電(dian)事(shi)故(gu)的(de)發(fa)生(sheng),甚(shen)至(zhi)是(shi)造(zao)成(cheng)重(zhong)大(da)經(jing)濟(ji)損(sun)失(shi)和(he)人(ren)員(yuan)傷(shang)亡(wang)事(shi)故(gu),這(zhe)一(yi)問(wen)題(ti)是(shi)低(di)壓(ya)配(pei)電(dian)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)研(yan)究(jiu)最(zui)多(duo)的(de)話(hua)題(ti),也(ye)是(shi)一(yi)直(zhi)以來都懸而未決的老難題。因此,在目前的低壓配電係統設計工作中,工作人員為了提高和保障用電設備安全和可靠,避免電氣設備在運行中出現火災或者觸電事故,在工作中都提出了眾多的解決思路和策略,尤其是在保護電器的選擇上,更是投入極大的精力去研究和總結,從而使得整個工程質量得到了一定的保障。

(1)熔斷器

(2)斷路器
斷路器主要指的是能夠接通和分段正常負荷電流、過負荷電流、過壓電流的一種開關設備,其在運行中可以通過接通和分段短路電流來保障電氣設備的穩定、安(an)全(quan)運(yun)行(xing)。在(zai)目(mu)前(qian)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)常(chang)見(jian)的(de)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)主(zhu)要(yao)有(you)開(kai)啟(qi)式(shi)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)和(he)塑(su)殼(ke)式(shi)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)兩(liang)大(da)類(lei),其(qi)中(zhong)開(kai)啟(qi)式(shi)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)指(zhi)的(de)是(shi)出(chu)頭(tou)在(zai)大(da)氣(qi)壓(ya)的(de)空(kong)氣(qi)中(zhong)的(de)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)或(huo)者(zhe)閉(bi)合(he)的(de)一(yi)種(zhong)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)結(jie)構(gou),這(zhe)種(zhong)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)結(jie)構(gou)在(zai)應(ying)用(yong)中(zhong)有(you)著(zhe)安(an)裝(zhuang)方(fang)便(bian)、guzhangjianyanmingxiandeyoushi,ersukeshiduanluqizhuyaoshitongguoyigemoyajueyuancailiaozhichengyigeyuzhixiangyingdewaike,congerbaohuduanluqidezhengtibufen。zaidiyaduanluqiyingyongzhong,qizhuyaoshiyongyuedingdianyamingqueguidingdejichushang,qizhongjiaoliudianyadedianyazhiwei1000V以下或者直流電壓在1500V以下的電路之中,隻有在這電力係統中,其才能夠發揮出應用的作用和效率,對電路起到有效的保護和控製作用。

(3)兩者之間的優劣勢
總(zong)之(zhi),從(cong)功(gong)能(neng)上(shang)進(jin)行(xing)分(fen)析(xi),斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)和(he)熔(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)之(zhi)間(jian)不(bu)存(cun)在(zai)明(ming)顯(xian)的(de)差(cha)異(yi),其(qi)應(ying)用(yong)也(ye)沒(mei)有(you)太(tai)大(da)的(de)區(qu)別(bie)。都(dou)是(shi)以(yi)斷(duan)路(lu)保(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)用(yong)為(wei)主(zhu)的(de)設(she)備(bei)。但(dan)是(shi)熔(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)的(de)時(shi)候(hou)是(shi)一(yi)次(ci)性(xing)設(she)備(bei),其(qi)在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)完(wan)之(zhi)後(hou)就(jiu)需(xu)要(yao)工(gong)作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)對(dui)其(qi)及(ji)時(shi)的(de)進(jin)行(xing)更(geng)換(huan)和(he)處(chu)理(li),是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)價(jia)格(ge)便(bian)宜(yi)而(er)且(qie)應(ying)用(yong)較(jiao)多(duo)的(de)一(yi)種(zhong)控(kong)製(zhi)設(she)備(bei)。而(er)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)則(ze)具(ju)備(bei)著(zhe)電(dian)動(dong)遙(yao)控(kong)功(gong)能(neng),保(bao)護(hu)功(gong)能(neng)較(jiao)為(wei)完(wan)整(zheng),且(qie)調(tiao)整(zheng)方(fang)便(bian),能(neng)夠(gou)在(zai)故(gu)障(zhang)斷(duan)開(kai)時(shi)候(hou)繼(ji)續(xu)進(jin)行(xing)使(shi)用(yong)的(de)優(you)勢(shi)。

(1)低壓主開關櫃內保護電器應選用新型斷路器。

(3)終端配電箱內保護電器通常選用非選擇型斷路器或漏電保護器,以提高保護電器靈敏度。
(4)對於重要設備,各級均宜選用智能型斷路器並采用ZSI技術確保級間選擇性配合。提高供電的可靠性。

(1)配電線路對保護電器的要求
配電線路通常有樹幹式和放射式兩類,還有兩者的混合係統。低壓保護電器按在配電線路中的安裝位置和重要性分為三級:低壓主開關櫃內保護電器、一般配電開關櫃內保護電器和終端配電箱內保護電器。配電線路對各級低壓保護電器的要求如下:
1)低壓主開關櫃內保護電器

2)終端配電箱內保護電器
終(zhong)端(duan)配(pei)電(dian)箱(xiang)直(zhi)接(jie)連(lian)接(jie)用(yong)電(dian)設(she)備(bei),短(duan)路(lu)或(huo)接(jie)地(di)故(gu)障(zhang)時(shi)要(yao)求(qiu)盡(jin)快(kuai)甚(shen)至(zhi)瞬(shun)時(shi)切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)路(lu),無(wu)選(xuan)擇(ze)性(xing)要(yao)求(qiu)。終(zhong)端(duan)配(pei)電(dian)箱(xiang)內(nei)的(de)低(di)壓(ya)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)器(qi)應(ying)設(she)短(duan)路(lu)和(he)接(jie)地(di)故(gu)障(zhang)保(bao)護(hu),而(er)線(xian)路(lu)末(mo)端(duan)則(ze)不(bu)必(bi)設(she)短(duan)路(lu),而(er)是(shi)根(gen)據(ju)所(suo)接(jie)用(yong)電(dian)設(she)備(bei)需(xu)要(yao)裝(zhuang)設(she)控(kong)製(zhi)電(dian)器(qi)或(huo)用(yong)電(dian)設(she)備(bei)的(de)過(guo)載(zai)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)器(qi)。
(2)低壓保護電器級間選擇性配合技術
隻有根據低壓配電保護電器的特性,恰當的選擇保護電器,正確整定保護電器的額定電流、動作電流和動作時間,才能實現低壓保護電器級間的選擇性配合,保證線路出現故障時,盡可能縮小停電範圍。
