
在(zai)低(di)壓(ya)配(pei)電(dian)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong),下(xia)級(ji)配(pei)電(dian)回(hui)路(lu)出(chu)現(xian)電(dian)流(liu)故(gu)障(zhang)時(shi)候(hou),上(shang)級(ji)保(bao)護(hu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)得(de)不(bu)到(dao)有(you)效(xiao)的(de)預(yu)防(fang)和(he)控(kong)製(zhi),從(cong)而(er)造(zao)成(cheng)大(da)麵(mian)積(ji)停(ting)電(dian)事(shi)故(gu)的(de)發(fa)生(sheng),甚(shen)至(zhi)是(shi)造(zao)成(cheng)重(zhong)大(da)經(jing)濟(ji)損(sun)失(shi)和(he)人(ren)員(yuan)傷(shang)亡(wang)事(shi)故(gu),這(zhe)一(yi)問(wen)題(ti)是(shi)低(di)壓(ya)配(pei)電(dian)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)研(yan)究(jiu)最(zui)多(duo)的(de)話(hua)題(ti),也(ye)是(shi)一(yi)直(zhi)以來都懸而未決的老難題。因此,在目前的低壓配電係統設計工作中,工作人員為了提高和保障用電設備安全和可靠,避免電氣設備在運行中出現火災或者觸電事故,在工作中都提出了眾多的解決思路和策略,尤其是在保護電器的選擇上,更是投入極大的精力去研究和總結,從而使得整個工程質量得到了一定的保障。
低di壓ya保bao護hu電dian器qi在zai目mu前qian低di壓ya配pei電dian係xi統tong中zhong占zhan據ju著zhe重zhong要yao的de地di位wei,發fa揮hui出chu不bu可ke替ti代dai的de作zuo用yong,尤you其qi是shi配pei電dian線xian路lu發fa生sheng故gu障zhang的de主zhu要yao保bao護hu器qi件jian,也ye是shi避bi免mian出chu現xian故gu障zhang擴kuo張zhang和he惡e化hua的de首shou要yao環huan節jie。截jie至zhi目mu前qian的de社she會hui發fa展zhan中zhong,低di壓ya保bao護hu電dian器qi已yi成cheng為wei業ye內nei人ren士shi工gong作zuo中zhong研yan究jiu的de焦jiao點dian話hua題ti。其qi主zhu要yao可ke以yi分fen為wei熔rong斷duan器qi和he斷duan路lu器qi兩liang大da類lei。
(1)熔斷器

熔(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)是(shi)低(di)壓(ya)配(pei)電(dian)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)進(jin)行(xing)安(an)全(quan)保(bao)護(hu)的(de)一(yi)項(xiang)首(shou)要(yao)措(cuo)施(shi),也(ye)是(shi)低(di)壓(ya)配(pei)電(dian)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)最(zui)為(wei)常(chang)見(jian)的(de)一(yi)種(zhong)電(dian)器(qi)設(she)備(bei),其(qi)在(zai)目(mu)前(qian)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)廣(guang)泛(fan)的(de)應(ying)用(yong)在(zai)電(dian)網(wang)保(bao)護(hu)和(he)用(yong)電(dian)設(she)備(bei)保(bao)護(hu)工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)。一(yi)般(ban)來(lai)說(shuo),低(di)壓(ya)熔(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)在(zai)安(an)裝(zhuang)中(zhong)通(tong)常(chang)都(dou)是(shi)在(zai)電(dian)氣(qi)線(xian)路(lu)上(shang)或(huo)者(zhe)是(shi)在(zai)電(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備(bei)的(de)電(dian)器(qi)回(hui)路(lu)上(shang),在(zai)電(dian)網(wang)或(huo)者(zhe)是(shi)用(yong)電(dian)設(she)備(bei)運(yun)行(xing)中(zhong)出(chu)現(xian)故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)時(shi)候(hou),熔(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)能(neng)及(ji)時(shi),有(you)效(xiao)的(de)切(qie)斷(duan)故(gu)障(zhang)電(dian)路(lu),從(cong)而(er)有(you)效(xiao)避(bi)免(mian)和(he)防(fang)止(zhi)了(le)故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)蔓(man)延(yan)和(he)擴(kuo)大(da)。

(2)斷路器
斷路器主要指的是能夠接通和分段正常負荷電流、過負荷電流、過壓電流的一種開關設備,其在運行中可以通過接通和分段短路電流來保障電氣設備的穩定、anquanyunxing。zaimuqiandegongzuozhongchangjiandeduanluqizhuyaoyoukaiqishiduanluqihesukeshiduanluqiliangdalei,qizhongkaiqishiduanluqizhideshichutouzaidaqiyadekongqizhongdeduanluqihuozhebihedeyizhongduanluqijiegou,zhezhongduanluqijiegouzaiyingyongzhongyouzheanzhuangfangbian、故(gu)障(zhang)檢(jian)驗(yan)明(ming)顯(xian)的(de)優(you)勢(shi),而(er)塑(su)殼(ke)式(shi)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)一(yi)個(ge)模(mo)壓(ya)絕(jue)緣(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)製(zhi)成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)與(yu)之(zhi)相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)外(wai)殼(ke),從(cong)而(er)保(bao)護(hu)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)的(de)整(zheng)體(ti)部(bu)分(fen)。在(zai)低(di)壓(ya)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)應(ying)用(yong)中(zhong),其(qi)主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)用(yong)於(yu)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)明(ming)確(que)規(gui)定(ding)的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang),其(qi)中(zhong)交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)值(zhi)為(wei)1000V以下或者直流電壓在1500V以下的電路之中,隻有在這電力係統中,其才能夠發揮出應用的作用和效率,對電路起到有效的保護和控製作用。

(3)兩者之間的優劣勢
總zong之zhi,從cong功gong能neng上shang進jin行xing分fen析xi,斷duan路lu器qi和he熔rong斷duan器qi之zhi間jian不bu存cun在zai明ming顯xian的de差cha異yi,其qi應ying用yong也ye沒mei有you太tai大da的de區qu別bie。都dou是shi以yi斷duan路lu保bao護hu作zuo用yong為wei主zhu的de設she備bei。但dan是shi熔rong斷duan器qi在zai使shi用yong的de時shi候hou是shi一yi次ci性xing設she備bei,其qi在zai使shi用yong完wan之zhi後hou就jiu需xu要yao工gong作zuo人ren員yuan對dui其qi及ji時shi的de進jin行xing更geng換huan和he處chu理li,是shi一yi種zhong價jia格ge便bian宜yi而er且qie應ying用yong較jiao多duo的de一yi種zhong控kong製zhi設she備bei。而er斷duan路lu器qi則ze具ju備bei著zhe電dian動dong遙yao控kong功gong能neng,保bao護hu功gong能neng較jiao為wei完wan整zheng,且qie調tiao整zheng方fang便bian,能neng夠gou在zai故gu障zhang斷duan開kai時shi候hou繼ji續xu進jin行xing使shi用yong的de優you勢shi。
在(zai)當(dang)前(qian)新(xin)建(jian)的(de)民(min)用(yong)建(jian)築(zhu)和(he)工(gong)業(ye)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)當(dang)中(zhong),很(hen)少(shao)有(you)工(gong)作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)開(kai)始(shi)使(shi)用(yong)熔(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)作(zuo)為(wei)低(di)壓(ya)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)器(qi)了(le),且(qie)在(zai)目(mu)前(qian)熔(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)主(zhu)要(yao)應(ying)用(yong)在(zai)一(yi)些(xie)舊(jiu)的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)和(he)早(zao)期(qi)的(de)住(zhu)宅(zhai)小(xiao)區(qu)中(zhong)。隨(sui)著(zhe)近(jin)年(nian)來(lai)電(dian)氣(qi)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)不(bu)斷(duan)發(fa)展(zhan),建(jian)築(zhu)施(shi)工(gong)技(ji)術(shu)也(ye)得(de)到(dao)了(le)顯(xian)著(zhu)的(de)提(ti)升(sheng),其(qi)施(shi)工(gong)要(yao)求(qiu)也(ye)得(de)到(dao)了(le)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)提(ti)高(gao)。時(shi)至(zhi)今(jin)日(ri)的(de)低(di)壓(ya)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)器(qi)選(xuan)擇(ze)工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong),根(gen)據(ju)當(dang)前(qian)現(xian)有(you)的(de)配(pei)電(dian)線(xian)路(lu)故(gu)障(zhang)特(te)點(dian)和(he)低(di)壓(ya)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)器(qi)的(de)優(you)劣(lie)來(lai)進(jin)行(xing)因(yin)地(di)適(shi)宜(yi)的(de)選(xuan)擇(ze),依(yi)照(zhao)“技術先進,經濟合理”的原則,對保護電器的選型方案建議如下:
(1)低壓主開關櫃內保護電器應選用新型斷路器。
(2)對(dui)於(yu)一(yi)般(ban)設(she)備(bei),一(yi)般(ban)配(pei)電(dian)櫃(gui)內(nei)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)器(qi)宜(yi)選(xuan)用(yong)熔(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)。因(yin)為(wei)熔(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)限(xian)流(liu)特(te)性(xing)好(hao),價(jia)格(ge)便(bian)宜(yi),易(yi)滿(man)足(zu)選(xuan)擇(ze)性(xing)要(yao)求(qiu)。但(dan)供(gong)電(dian)用(yong)電(dian)設(she)備(bei)不(bu)多(duo),且(qie)偶(ou)然(ran)停(ting)電(dian)影(ying)響(xiang)不(bu)太(tai)大(da)時(shi),也(ye)可(ke)以(yi)選(xuan)擇(ze)非(fei)選(xuan)擇(ze)性(xing)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)。
(3)終端配電箱內保護電器通常選用非選擇型斷路器或漏電保護器,以提高保護電器靈敏度。
(4)對於重要設備,各級均宜選用智能型斷路器並采用ZSI技術確保級間選擇性配合。提高供電的可靠性。

斷路器DW15係列-2參考係數

(1)配電線路對保護電器的要求
配電線路通常有樹幹式和放射式兩類,還有兩者的混合係統。低壓保護電器按在配電線路中的安裝位置和重要性分為三級:低壓主開關櫃內保護電器、一般配電開關櫃內保護電器和終端配電箱內保護電器。配電線路對各級低壓保護電器的要求如下:
1)低壓主開關櫃內保護電器
低di壓ya主zhu開kai關guan櫃gui內nei保bao護hu電dian器qi應ying把ba供gong電dian的de可ke靠kao性xing放fang在zai主zhu要yao位wei置zhi,以yi確que保bao連lian續xu供gong電dian,由you於yu低di壓ya保bao護hu電dian器qi接jie近jin電dian力li變bian壓ya器qi,分fen配pei出chu母mu線xian的de容rong量liang特te別bie大da,因yin此ci要yao求qiu它ta既ji應ying與yu電dian力li變bian壓ya器qi一yi次ci側ce的de高gao壓ya熔rong斷duan器qi的de保bao護hu特te性xing配pei合he,又you應ying與yu下xia級ji保bao護hu電dian器qi盡jin可ke能neng實shi現xian全quan選xuan擇ze性xing保bao護hu配pei合he。
2)終端配電箱內保護電器
zhongduanpeidianxiangzhijielianjieyongdianshebei,duanluhuojiediguzhangshiyaoqiujinkuaishenzhishunshiqieduandianlu,wuxuanzexingyaoqiu。zhongduanpeidianxiangneidediyabaohudianqiyingsheduanluhejiediguzhangbaohu,erxianlumoduanzebubisheduanlu,ershigenjusuojieyongdianshebeixuyaozhuangshekongzhidianqihuoyongdianshebeideguozaibaohudianqi。
(2)低壓保護電器級間選擇性配合技術
隻有根據低壓配電保護電器的特性,恰當的選擇保護電器,正確整定保護電器的額定電流、動作電流和動作時間,才能實現低壓保護電器級間的選擇性配合,保證線路出現故障時,盡可能縮小停電範圍。
