一、汽輪機運行人員基本工作
配備必要的操作、維護人員後必須進行專門訓練,務必使他們熟悉機組的結構、運轉特性和操作要領。運行人員的基本工作有以下幾個方麵:
1、通過監盤,定時抄表(一般每小時抄錄一次或按特殊規定時間抄錄),對各種表計的指示進行觀察,對比、分析,並做必要的調整,保持各項數值在允許變化範圍內。
2、定時巡回檢查各設備、係統的嚴密性,各轉動設備(泵、風機)的電流,出口壓力,軸承溫度,潤滑油量、油質及汽輪機振動狀況,各種信號顯示、自zi動dong調tiao節jie裝zhuang置zhi的de工gong作zuo,調tiao節jie係xi統tong動dong作zuo是shi否fou平ping穩wen和he靈ling活huo,各ge設she備bei係xi統tong就jiu地di表biao計ji指zhi示shi是shi否fou正zheng常chang。保bao持chi所suo管guan轄xia區qu域yu的de環huan境jing清qing潔jie,設she備bei係xi統tong清qing潔jie完wan整zheng。
3、按運行規程的規定或臨時措施,做好保護裝置和輔助設備的定期試驗和切換工作,保證它們安全,可靠地處於備用狀態。
4、除了每小時認真清晰地抄錄運行記錄表外,還必須填寫好運行交接班日誌,全麵詳細地記錄8h值班中出現的問題。

二、汽輪機運行監視
在汽輪機運行中,操作人員應對汽輪機本體、凝汽係統和油係統進行全麵的監視。主要監視的項目有:新汽壓力和溫度、真空(或排汽壓力)、段壓力、機組振動、轉子軸向位移、汽缸熱膨脹、機組的異聲、凝汽器的蒸汽負荷、循環水的進口溫度及水量、真空係統的密閉程度、油壓、油溫、油箱油位、油質和油冷卻器進出口水溫等。特別是對各項的變化趨勢進行檢查和記錄,這對防止事故發生、查明事故原因和研究處理措施都是很必要的。
1、監視段壓力檢查
在(zai)汽(qi)輪(lun)機(ji)中(zhong),汽(qi)輪(lun)機(ji)第(di)一(yi)級(ji)後(hou)壓(ya)力(li)與(yu)通(tong)過(guo)汽(qi)輪(lun)機(ji)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)流(liu)量(liang)近(jin)似(si)成(cheng)正(zheng)比(bi),如(ru)因(yin)結(jie)垢(gou)使(shi)流(liu)通(tong)麵(mian)積(ji)小(xiao)於(yu)設(she)計(ji)值(zhi),欲(yu)維(wei)持(chi)相(xiang)同(tong)的(de)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)流(liu)量(liang)或(huo)功(gong)率(lv),則(ze)第(di)一(yi)級(ji)後(hou)壓(ya)力(li)與(yu)流(liu)通(tong)麵(mian)積(ji)減(jian)小(xiao)的(de)程(cheng)度(du)成(cheng)比(bi)例(li)地(di)增(zeng)加(jia)。汽(qi)輪(lun)機(ji)運(yun)行(xing)中(zhong),監(jian)視(shi)功(gong)率(lv)相(xiang)同(tong)時(shi)汽(qi)輪(lun)機(ji)第(di)一(yi)級(ji)後(hou)壓(ya)力(li)的(de)變(bian)化(hua)可(ke)判(pan)斷(duan)通(tong)流(liu)部(bu)分(fen)結(jie)垢(gou)的(de)的(de)程(cheng)度(du),通(tong)常(chang)把(ba)第(di)一(yi)級(ji)後(hou)壓(ya)力(li)稱(cheng)為(wei)監(jian)視(shi)段(duan)壓(ya)力(li)。
如果在同一負荷下(汽輪機的初、終參數相同)、jianshiduanyalishenggao,zheshuominggaijianshiduanyihoudetongliumianjijianxiao,tongliubufenyoukenengjiegou,youshiyouyumouxiejinshulingjiansuiliehuojixiezawuqinru,dusailetongliubufen,huoshiyouyuyepiansunhuaibianxingdengyinqi。linshitingyongjiareqishi,ruozhuzhengqiliuliangbubian,yejiangyinqijianshiduanyalishenggao。tongguoduijianshiduanyalibianhuadeguanchafenxi,haikeyipanduantongliubufendezhengqiliuliangshifouguoda(避免某些級過負荷),keyijishidibafuhejianxiaodaojianshiduanyaliyunxudeshuzhi,huobamouxiejideyachajiangdidaoyunxudeshuzhifanweinei,yifangzhijizuneidelingbujianbeichaoyapohuai。duiyujianshiduanyali,bujinyaojianduqijueduizhidebianhua,haiyaojiandugejiduanzhijiandeyalichashifouchaoguobiaozhunzhi,fangzhimougejiduandeyachachaoguobiaozhunzhieryinqigaijiduandegebanhedongyegongzuoyinglizengda,zaochengshebeisunhuai。
一般情況下,每周或每旬記錄一次監視段壓力,並與大修後記錄的標準值比較,當發現超過標準值1.5%-2%以上時,應當每天都進行一次記錄和核對(應先校驗壓力表,確認其無誤),如發現超過標準值的5%(反動式機組不應超過標準值的3%),yingdangcaiquxianzhicuoshi。ruguofenxihourenweishiyouyutongliubufenjiegouyinqide,yingjinxingqingxi,ruguoshiyouyutongliubufensunhuaiyinqide,yingdangjishishenqingtingjixiufu,zanshibunengtingjixiufushi,yingbajizufuhexianzhidaoyujianshiduanyalixiangyingdeyunxufanweinei,yibaozhengjizuanquanyunxing。

2、初參數與終參數監視
在汽輪機運行中,初終汽壓、汽溫、主(zhu)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)流(liu)量(liang)等(deng)參(can)數(shu)都(dou)等(deng)於(yu)設(she)計(ji)參(can)數(shu)時(shi),這(zhe)種(zhong)運(yun)行(xing)工(gong)況(kuang)稱(cheng)為(wei)設(she)計(ji)工(gong)況(kuang),此(ci)時(shi)的(de)效(xiao)率(lv)最(zui)高(gao)。在(zai)實(shi)際(ji)運(yun)行(xing)中(zhong),很(hen)難(nan)使(shi)參(can)數(shu)嚴(yan)格(ge)地(di)保(bao)持(chi)設(she)計(ji)值(zhi),這(zhe)時(shi)進(jin)入(ru)汽(qi)輪(lun)機(ji)的(de)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)參(can)數(shu)、流量和凝汽器真空的變化,將引起各級的壓力、溫度、焓降、反fan動dong度du及ji軸zhou向xiang推tui力li等deng發fa生sheng變bian化hua。這zhe不bu僅jin影ying響xiang汽qi輪lun機ji運yun行xing的de經jing濟ji性xing,還hai將jiang影ying響xiang汽qi輪lun機ji運yun行xing的de安an全quan性xing。所suo以yi在zai日ri常chang運yun行xing中zhong,應ying該gai認ren真zhen監jian督du汽qi輪lun機ji初chu、終參數的變化。
(1)主蒸汽壓力升高

主蒸汽壓力過高有如下危害:
主(zhu)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)壓(ya)力(li)升(sheng)高(gao)時(shi),要(yao)維(wei)持(chi)負(fu)荷(he)不(bu)變(bian),需(xu)減(jian)小(xiao)調(tiao)速(su)汽(qi)閥(fa)的(de)總(zong)開(kai)度(du),但(dan)這(zhe)隻(zhi)能(neng)通(tong)過(guo)關(guan)小(xiao)末(mo)全(quan)開(kai)的(de)調(tiao)速(su)汽(qi)閥(fa)來(lai)實(shi)現(xian)。在(zai)關(guan)小(xiao)到(dao)第(di)一(yi)調(tiao)速(su)汽(qi)閥(fa)全(quan)開(kai),而(er)第(di)二(er)調(tiao)速(su)汽(qi)閥(fa)將(jiang)要(yao)開(kai)啟(qi)時(shi),蒸(zheng)汽(qi)在(zai)調(tiao)節(jie)級(ji)的(de)焓(han)降(jiang)最(zui)大(da),會(hui)引(yin)起(qi)調(tiao)節(jie)級(ji)動(dong)葉(ye)片(pian)過(guo)負(fu)荷(he),甚(shen)至(zhi)可(ke)能(neng)被(bei)損(sun)傷(shang)。
未wei級ji葉ye片pian可ke能neng過guo負fu荷he。主zhu蒸zheng汽qi壓ya力li升sheng高gao後hou,由you於yu蒸zheng汽qi比bi容rong減jian小xiao,即ji使shi調tiao速su汽qi閥fa開kai度du不bu變bian,主zhu蒸zheng汽qi流liu量liang也ye要yao增zeng加jia,再zai加jia上shang蒸zheng汽qi的de總zong焓han降jiang增zeng大da,將jiang使shi末mo級ji葉ye片pian過guo負fu荷he,所suo以yi,這zhe時shi要yao注zhu意yi控kong製zhi機ji組zu負fu荷he。
主zhu蒸zheng汽qi溫wen度du不bu變bian,隻zhi是shi主zhu蒸zheng汽qi壓ya力li升sheng高gao,將jiang使shi末mo幾ji級ji的de蒸zheng汽qi濕shi度du變bian大da,機ji組zu末mo幾ji級ji的de動dong葉ye片pian被bei水shui滴di體ti刷shua加jia重zhong。承cheng壓ya部bu件jian和he緊jin固gu部bu件jian的de內nei應ying力li會hui加jia大da。主zhu蒸zheng汽qi壓ya力li升sheng高gao後hou,主zhu蒸zheng汽qi管guan道dao、自動主汽閥及調速汽閥室、汽缸、法蘭、螺栓等部件的內應力都將增加,這會縮短其使用壽命,甚至造成這些部件變形或受到損傷。

(2)主蒸汽壓力下降
主蒸汽壓力降低時,主蒸汽流量也要減少,機組負荷降低;若(ruo)汽(qi)壓(ya)降(jiang)低(di)過(guo)多(duo)時(shi),機(ji)組(zu)將(jiang)帶(dai)不(bu)到(dao)滿(man)負(fu)荷(he),運(yun)行(xing)經(jing)濟(ji)性(xing)降(jiang)低(di),對(dui)機(ji)組(zu)運(yun)行(xing)的(de)安(an)全(quan)性(xing)沒(mei)有(you)不(bu)利(li)影(ying)響(xiang)。如(ru)果(guo)主(zhu)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)壓(ya)力(li)降(jiang)低(di)後(hou),機(ji)組(zu)仍(reng)要(yao)維(wei)持(chi)額(e)定(ding)負(fu)荷(he)不(bu)變(bian),就(jiu)要(yao)開(kai)大(da)調(tiao)速(su)汽(qi)閥(fa)增(zeng)加(jia)主(zhu)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)流(liu)量(liang),這(zhe)將(jiang)會(hui)使(shi)汽(qi)輪(lun)機(ji)未(wei)幾(ji)級(ji)特(te)別(bie)是(shi)最(zui)末(mo)級(ji)葉(ye)片(pian)過(guo)負(fu)荷(he),影(ying)響(xiang)機(ji)組(zu)安(an)全(quan)運(yun)行(xing)。當(dang)主(zhu)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)壓(ya)力(li)下(xia)降(jiang)超(chao)過(guo)允(yun)許(xu)值(zhi)時(shi),應(ying)盡(jin)快(kuai)聯(lian)係(xi)鍋(guo)爐(lu)值(zhi)班(ban)員(yuan)恢(hui)複(fu)汽(qi)壓(ya);當(dang)汽(qi)壓(ya)降(jiang)低(di)至(zhi)最(zui)低(di)限(xian)度(du)時(shi),應(ying)采(cai)用(yong)降(jiang)低(di)負(fu)荷(he)和(he)減(jian)少(shao)進(jin)汽(qi)量(liang)的(de)方(fang)法(fa)來(lai)恢(hui)複(fu)汽(qi)壓(ya)至(zhi)正(zheng)常(chang),但(dan)要(yao)考(kao)慮(lv)滿(man)足(zu)抽(chou)汽(qi)供(gong)熱(re)汽(qi)壓(ya)和(he)除(chu)氧(yang)器(qi)用(yong)汽(qi)壓(ya)力(li),不(bu)要(yao)使(shi)機(ji)組(zu)負(fu)荷(he)降(jiang)得(de)過(guo)低(di)。

(3)主蒸汽溫度升高
在實際運行中,主蒸汽溫度變化的可能性較大,主蒸汽溫度變化對機組安全性、經jing濟ji性xing的de影ying響xiang比bi主zhu蒸zheng汽qi壓ya力li變bian化hua時shi的de影ying響xiang更geng為wei嚴yan重zhong,所suo以yi,對dui主zhu蒸zheng汽qi溫wen度du的de監jian督du要yao特te別bie重zhong視shi。對dui於yu高gao溫wen高gao壓ya機ji組zu,通tong常chang隻zhi允yun許xu主zhu蒸zheng汽qi溫wen度du比bi額e定ding溫wen度du高gao5℃左右。當主蒸汽溫度升高時,主蒸汽在汽輪機內的總焓降、汽qi輪lun機ji的de相xiang對dui內nei效xiao率lv和he熱re力li係xi統tong的de循xun環huan熱re效xiao率lv郡jun有you所suo提ti高gao,熱re耗hao降jiang低di,使shi運yun行xing經jing濟ji效xiao益yi提ti高gao,但dan是shi主zhu蒸zheng汽qi溫wen度du升sheng高gao超chao過guo允yun許xu值zhi時shi,對dui設she備bei的de安an全quan十shi分fen有you害hai。
主蒸汽溫度升高的危害如下:
調tiao節jie級ji葉ye片pian可ke能neng過guo負fu荷he。主zhu蒸zheng汽qi溫wen度du升sheng高gao時shi,首shou先xian調tiao節jie級ji的de焓han降jiang要yao增zeng加jia,在zai負fu荷he不bu變bian的de情qing況kuang下xia,尤you其qi當dang調tiao速su汽qi閥fa中zhong,僅jin有you第di一yi調tiao速su汽qi閥fa全quan開kai,其qi他ta調tiao速su汽qi閥fa關guan閉bi的de狀zhuang態tai下xia,調tiao節jie級ji葉ye片pian將jiang發fa生sheng過guo負fu荷he。
金屬材料的機械強度降低,蠕變速度加快。主蒸汽溫度過高時,主蒸汽管道、自動主汽閥、調速汽閥、汽缸和調節級進汽室等高溫金屬部件的機械強度將會降低,蠕變速度加快。汽缸、汽閥、高壓軸封緊固件等易發生鬆弛,將導致設備損壞或使用壽命縮短。若溫度的變化幅度大、次數頻繁,這些高溫部件會因交變熱應力而疲勞損傷,產生裂紋損壞。這些現象隨著高溫下工作時間的增長,損壞速度加快。
機組可能發生振動。汽溫過高,會引起各受熱金屬部件的熱變形和熱膨脹加大,若膨脹受阻,則機組可能發生振動。
在機組的運行規程中,對主蒸汽溫度的極限值及在某一超溫條件下允許工作的小時數,都應作出嚴格的規定。一般的處理原則是:當主蒸汽溫度超過規定範圍時,應聯係鍋爐值班員盡快調整、jiangwen,qilunjizhibanyuanyingjiaqiangquanmianjianshijianzha,ruoqiwenshangzaiqigangcailiaoyunxudezuigaoshiyongwenduyixiashi,yunxuduanshijianyunxing,chaoguoguidingyunxingshijianhou,yingdazhatingji,ruoqiwenchaoguoqigangcailiaoyunxudezuigaoshiyongwendu,yinglijidazhatingji。
(4)主蒸汽溫度降低
當(dang)主(zhu)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)壓(ya)力(li)和(he)凝(ning)汽(qi)器(qi)真(zhen)空(kong)不(bu)變(bian),主(zhu)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)溫(wen)度(du)降(jiang)低(di)時(shi),若(ruo)要(yao)維(wei)持(chi)額(e)定(ding)負(fu)荷(he),必(bi)須(xu)開(kai)大(da)調(tiao)速(su)汽(qi)閥(fa)的(de)開(kai)度(du),增(zeng)加(jia)主(zhu)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)的(de)進(jin)汽(qi)量(liang)。主(zhu)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)溫(wen)度(du)降(jiang)低(di)時(shi),不(bu)但(dan)影(ying)響(xiang)機(ji)組(zu)運(yun)行(xing)的(de)經(jing)濟(ji)性(xing),也(ye)威(wei)脅(xie)著(zhe)機(ji)組(zu)的(de)運(yun)行(xing)安(an)全(quan)。
其主要危害是:
①末級葉片可能過負荷。因為主蒸汽溫度降低後,為維持額定負荷不變,則主蒸汽流量要增加,末級恰降增大,末級葉片可能處於過負荷狀態。
②末幾級葉片的蒸汽濕度增大。zhuzhengqideyalibubian,wendujiangdishi,weijijiyepiandezhengqishidujiangyaozengjia,zheyangchulehuizengdamojijidongyedeshiqisunshiwai,tongshihaijiangjiajumojijidongyepiandeshuidichongshi,suoduanyepiandeshiyongshouming。
③各級反動度增加。由於主蒸汽溫度降低,則各級的反動度增加,轉子的軸向推力明顯增大,推力瓦塊溫度升高,機組運行的安全可靠性降低。
④高溫部件將產生很大的熱應力和熱變形。若主蒸汽溫度快速下降較多時,自動主汽閥外殼、調節級、汽缸等高溫部件的內壁溫度會急劇下降而產生很大的熱應力和熱變形,嚴重時可能使金屬部件產生裂紋或使機內動、靜部分造成磨損事故,當主蒸汽溫度降至極限值時,應打閘停機。
⑤造成衝擊。當主蒸汽溫度急劇下降50℃以上時,往往是發生水衝擊事故的先兆,汽輪機值班員必須密切注意;當主蒸汽溫度還繼續下降時,為確保機組安全,應立即打閘停機。
⑥主蒸汽溫度降低時,必須嚴密監視和果斷處理。當主蒸汽溫度降低到超過允許的變動範圍時,應及時調整、恢複汽溫。

(5)凝汽器真空降低
當凝汽器真空降低(即汽輪機排汽壓力升高)時,排汽溫度升高,這不但影響機組的運行經濟性,對機組的安全運行也有較大的影響。
主要表現有:
①qilunjidepaiqiyalishenggaoshi,paiqiwendushenggao,beixunhuanshuidaizoudereliangzengduo,zhengqizainingqiqizhongdelengyuansunshizengda,jizuderexiaolvmingxianxiajiang。lingwai,ningqiqizhenkongjiangdishi,jizudechuliyejiangjianshao,shenzhidaibushangedingfuhe。
②當(dang)凝(ning)汽(qi)器(qi)真(zhen)空(kong)降(jiang)低(di)時(shi),要(yao)維(wei)持(chi)機(ji)組(zu)負(fu)荷(he)不(bu)變(bian),需(xu)增(zeng)加(jia)主(zhu)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)流(liu)量(liang),這(zhe)時(shi)末(mo)級(ji)葉(ye)片(pian)可(ke)能(neng)超(chao)負(fu)荷(he)。對(dui)衝(chong)動(dong)式(shi)純(chun)凝(ning)汽(qi)式(shi)機(ji)組(zu),真(zhen)空(kong)降(jiang)低(di)時(shi),若(ruo)要(yao)維(wei)持(chi)負(fu)荷(he)不(bu)變(bian),則(ze)機(ji)組(zu)的(de)軸(zhou)向(xiang)推(tui)力(li)將(jiang)增(zeng)大(da),推(tui)力(li)瓦(wa)塊(kuai)溫(wen)度(du)升(sheng)高(gao),嚴(yan)重(zhong)時(shi)可(ke)能(neng)燒(shao)損(sun)推(tui)力(li)瓦(wa)塊(kuai)。
③當(dang)凝(ning)汽(qi)器(qi)真(zhen)空(kong)降(jiang)低(di)使(shi)汽(qi)輪(lun)機(ji)排(pai)汽(qi)溫(wen)度(du)升(sheng)高(gao)較(jiao)多(duo)時(shi),將(jiang)使(shi)排(pai)汽(qi)缸(gang)及(ji)低(di)壓(ya)軸(zhou)承(cheng)等(deng)部(bu)件(jian)受(shou)熱(re)膨(peng)脹(zhang),機(ji)組(zu)變(bian)形(xing)不(bu)均(jun)勻(yun),這(zhe)將(jiang)引(yin)起(qi)機(ji)組(zu)中(zhong)心(xin)偏(pian)移(yi),可(ke)能(neng)發(fa)生(sheng)振(zhen)動(dong)。
當凝汽器真空降低,排汽溫度過高時,可能引起凝汽器銅管的脹口鬆弛,破壞凝汽器的嚴密性。
④當dang主zhu蒸zheng汽qi壓ya力li和he溫wen度du不bu變bian,凝ning汽qi器qi真zhen空kong升sheng高gao時shi,排pai汽qi溫wen度du降jiang低di,被bei循xun環huan水shui帶dai走zou的de熱re量liang損sun失shi減jian少shao,機ji組zu運yun行xing的de經jing濟ji性xing提ti高gao,如ru要yao維wei持chi較jiao高gao的de真zhen空kong,在zai進jin入ru凝ning汽qi器qi的de循xun環huan水shui溫wen度du相xiang同tong的de情qing況kuang下xia,就jiu必bi須xu增zeng加jia循xun環huan水shui量liang,這zhe時shi循xun環huan水shui泵beng就jiu要yao消xiao耗hao更geng多duo的de電dian量liang。汽qi輪lun機ji末mo幾ji級ji的de蒸zheng汽qi濕shi度du增zeng加jia,使shi末mo幾ji級ji葉ye片pian的de濕shi汽qi損sun失shi增zeng加jia,加jia劇ju了le蒸zheng汽qi對dui動dong葉ye片pian的de衝chong蝕shi作zuo用yong,縮suo短duan了le葉ye片pian的de使shi用yong壽shou命ming。因yin此ci,凝ning汽qi器qi真zhen空kong升sheng高gao過guo多duo,對dui汽qi輪lun機ji運yun行xing的de經jing濟ji性xing和he安an全quan性xing都dou是shi不bu利li的de。

3、凝汽器的運行監視

(1)凝汽器真空惡化
在運行中,凝汽器真空下降的原因有:①汽輪機低壓軸封中斷或真空係統管道破裂;②凝汽器內凝結水位升高,淹沒了抽氣器入口空氣管口;③冷卻水流速過低而在凝氣器冷卻水出口管上部形成氣囊,阻止冷卻水的排出;④冷卻水不足或水溫上升過高;⑤循環水中斷;⑥抽氣器噴嘴被堵塞或疏水排出器失靈。
凝汽器真空惡化的判斷方法:
①冷卻水入口溫度:冷卻水入口溫度越低,則凝汽器出口冷卻水溫度越低,因此排汽溫度也越低,凝汽器內的真空度就越高。
②傳熱端差:dangningqiqilengquebiaomianzangwushi,guanbisuizhewugouheyoujiwudezengchangerjiahou,yingxiangleqilunjipaiqiyulengqueshuiderejiaohuan,yeshiningqiqiduanchazengjia。zhenkongxitongbuyanmihuochouqiqigongzuoshichang,yehuishiningqiqineikongqiliangzengduo,zailengquebiaomianshangjiangxingchengkongqimo,yingxiangrejiaohuandejinxing,shichuanreduanchazengda,ningqiqizhenkongbianhuai。ruoningqiqineidebufenlengqueshuiguanbeidusai,zexiangdangyujianshaoleningqiqidechuanremianji,yehuishichuanreduanchazengda。ningqiqizaiyunxingzhongchuanreduanchadeshuzhiyuexiao,biaomingqiyunxingqingkuangyuehao。yaobaozhengningqiqineiyoulianghaodezhenkong。zaizhengqifuhe、冷卻水溫、lengqueshuiliangyidingdetiaojianxia,bixubaochilengquebiaomiandeqingjiehebaozhengzhengqikongjianbujicunkongqi。fouzebixujinxingningqiqiqingxihuojianzhaxiaochuzhenkongxitongdelouqidian。
③冷卻水量:當冷卻水量減少,冷卻水流速降低時,冷卻水吸熱量將增加,溫升升高,汽輪機排汽溫度也隨著升高,因而凝汽器內真空降低。
(2)凝汽器真空係統嚴密性的檢查
為了監視凝汽設備在運行中真空係統的嚴密程度,要定期做真空嚴密性試驗,其試驗是在汽輪機額定負荷的1/2huoedingrongliangxiajinxingde。shiyanqianbixuquedingchouqiqikongqifashifouyanmi。huanmanguanbizhuchouqiqidekongqifa,zaicaozuoguochengtongshiyanmijianshiningqiqidezhenkongbianhuaqingkuang。ruozaiguanbiguochengzhongningqiqineizhenkongxiajiangjiaoda,zeyinglijitingzhishiyan,huifuzhiyunxingzhuangtai,bingxunzhaoyuanyin。dangchouqiqikongqifaguanbiwendinglmin後,再開始記錄凝汽器內真空值下降速度。一般試驗3~5min,平均每分鍾下降3mmHg真空值為良好,5mmHg真空值為合格,5mmHg以上真空值為不合格。
(3)凝汽器管子的振動
zhenggeningqiqidezhendong,wangwangshiyouyuqilunjihuomouxieqitabujiandezhendong,huoyinzhengqiduilengqueshuiguandechongjidengyuanyinyinqide。zhengqiliuguoguanzishihuichanshengzhouqixingdechongjizuoyong,youqidangpaiqineihanyoushuidishi,qichongjizuoyongjiugengdale,jiangyinqidingbudeliangsanpailengqueshuiguandezhendongjiaju。guanzizhendonghuishiguanyuchuanguoningqiqizhongjiangebandebufenbeimosun,youshihaihuiyinqiguanbipolie,shenzhishiguanziduanlie,erduanliebuweiwangwangshizaikaojinguansunhuozhongjiangebandeweizhi,erqieduanliemianhenguang、很平。
為(wei)了(le)減(jian)輕(qing)管(guan)子(zi)的(de)振(zhen)動(dong),應(ying)在(zai)運(yun)行(xing)中(zhong)加(jia)強(qiang)監(jian)視(shi),避(bi)開(kai)振(zhen)動(dong)負(fu)荷(he)。要(yao)采(cai)取(qu)措(cuo)施(shi)對(dui)設(she)備(bei)進(jin)行(xing)改(gai)進(jin),也(ye)可(ke)將(jiang)冷(leng)卻(que)水(shui)管(guan)更(geng)換(huan)為(wei)厚(hou)壁(bi)管(guan),或(huo)者(zhe)凝(ning)汽(qi)器(qi)內(nei)添(tian)裝(zhuang)中(zhong)間(jian)隔(ge)板(ban),也(ye)可(ke)用(yong)木(mu)條(tiao)或(huo)銅(tong)片(pian)在(zai)適(shi)當(dang)的(de)位(wei)置(zhi)上(shang)把(ba)管(guan)子(zi)楔(xie)住(zhu)。
(4)凝汽器的腐蝕

三、汽輪機運行維護內容
1、保持機體清潔、保溫層完整;
2、各零部件齊全完整,指示儀表靈敏可靠;
3、檢查軸瓦溫度、油壓、高壓蒸汽溫度、壓力、一級後壓力、抽汽壓力等是否正常,檢查各運轉部件是否有異常振動和聲響;
4、定期做油質分析。經常檢查油箱油量並及時補充;
5、定期檢查潤滑點潤滑情況;
6、定期檢查、清洗油過濾器,保證油壓穩定,必要時更換濾芯;
7、操作工、檢修工應定時、定點、定路線認真進行巡檢;
8、3個月至少做1次油質分析。
